The first meeting of the “High Flowers” project on inner support and stability took place in Grodzisk Wielkopolski
May 10, 2026, аs part of the “High Flowers” project organized by FUNDACJA HANT – INSTYTUT PSYCHOHIGIENY I NEUROODMIENNOŚCI, the first in-person therapeutic and educational meeting for women was held in Grodzisk Wielkopolski under the title: “Support. How to Find Stability Within Yourself”.
The meeting was led by Olena Hant — clinical psychologist, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, founder of the “High Flowers” project and the HANT Institute of Psychohygiene and Neurodiversity.
During the meeting, participants explored the themes of inner support, emotional stability, and ways of restoring personal resources in conditions of stress, life changes, and migration. The main purpose of the event was to create a safe space for women where, through connection, body-oriented practices, interaction, and psychological exercises, participants could explore their emotional state and discover new ways of supporting themselves.
Special attention was given to:
• psychological support and inner stability;
• emotional regulation and stabilization;
• bodily sense of safety;
• psychohygiene and self-regulation;
• supporting women during periods of internal transformation.
The “High Flowers” project was created as a cycle of live meetings for women living in Poland who experience exhaustion, emotional tension, crisis-related changes, or who are searching for inner resilience and recovery. The meetings combine elements of psychology, psychohygiene, body-oriented practices, and group support.
The organizers plan to continue the series of meetings in Grodzisk Wielkopolski with new topics dedicated to emotional health, self-support, and post-traumatic growth.
