HANT Foundation – Institute of Psychohygiene and Neurodiversity. The protection of the security and privacy of your personal data is extremely important to the HANT Foundation – Institute of Psychohygiene and Neurodiversity. The provisions below explain what data we collect, for what purposes we use it, and to whom it may be disclosed. The Foundation uses only the data that has been voluntarily provided by users, in particular for the purpose of responding to inquiries, providing support, registering for events, contacting the Foundation, or participating in activities carried out by the Foundation. We respect the right of every individual to decide how their personal data is used. The trust of our users in the protection of the data entrusted to us is very important.

  2. Purposes of Data Processing
    Personal data may be processed for the following purposes: responding to inquiries sent via the contact form, e-mail, or telephone; carrying out the statutory activities of the Foundation; organizing events, training sessions, and projects of the Foundation; sending information about the Foundation’s activities (newsletter); conducting communication through social media; and statistical analysis of website usage. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract or actions taken prior to entering into a contract; Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation; Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller; and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent of the data subject.

  3. Data Recipients
    Personal data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Foundation, in particular providers of IT services, providers of e-mail systems, payment operators, and providers of analytical and marketing tools. The controller may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area in connection with the use of technological service providers such as Google or Microsoft.

  4. Data Retention Period
    Personal data is processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, as well as for the period resulting from applicable legal regulations, in particular regulations concerning accounting and tax obligations.

  5. Rights of Data Subjects
    Each individual has the right to access their data, rectify data, delete data, restrict processing, transfer data, object to data processing, and withdraw consent at any time. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
