Project “High Flowers” – development and integration of women in migration
Goal:
The aim of the project is to provide psychological support to women experiencing migration and various life changes. The project supports the process of restoring emotional balance, strengthening inner psychological resilience, and facilitating social integration in a new environment.
The project also aims to create a space of mutual support where women can share their experiences, discover resources needed for adaptation, and gradually regain a sense of safety and stability in a new life context.
For whom:
The project is intended for women who:
• are experiencing migration or forced displacement
• are adapting to life in a new country
• are going through the process of social and cultural integration
• are facing difficult life changes or periods of crisis
• experience emotional exhaustion, loneliness, or a loss of a sense of support
• need psychological support and a safe space for conversation and sharing experiences.

Format and methods
Within the project, various forms of psychological support, personal resource development, and support for integration into a new social environment are used:
• group psychological meetings
• art therapy practices
• body-based and creative exercises
• thematic discussions and exchange of experiences
• psychological practices supporting emotional self-regulation
• exercises aimed at restoring inner resources
• meetings supporting social integration and community building. -

The implementation of the project will contribute to:
• improving the mental well-being of women experiencing migration
• reducing the sense of social isolation
