She has been working as a teacher since 2012 — in art studios, children’s centers, and in private practice.
She has been exploring various techniques and studying independently since 2019.
Certification (2023, Natalia Sablina Training Center) in the fields of: “Art Therapy. Theory and Practice. Working with Crisis States and PTSD” and “Neurographica. Fundamentals.”
Training in: “Specifics of Working with Refugees and Displaced Persons.”
Participant in seminars on “Systemic Constellations according to the method of Bert Hellinger.”
Individual clients and conducting group sessions (online and offline).
In the past — a sand animation artist, performing shows across Ukraine and at a conference in the UAE in 2012. Currently creates paintings in oil, acrylic, and graphic styles. Participates in collective exhibitions. In 2025 she held her first solo exhibition of paintings “TransPersonal.”
Many years of practice in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, pranayama.
Regular practitioner of Vipassana body meditation: annual participation in intensive courses in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin and S. N. Goenka in Ukraine.
Undergoing personal therapy using the EMDR method to integrate knowledge through personal transformation.
