”
On December 29 2025, the online meeting “Mystery of the Year’s Completion” took place, led by Anzhelika Malysheva (Switzerland) — a psychologist and expert in psychoeducation and women’s mental health.
The event was organized within the international women’s project “High Flowers”, aimed at supporting women, developing psycho-emotional resilience, and building a community of mutual support.
Purpose of the Event
The purpose of the meeting was to create a safe space for psychological completion of the year, reflection on personal experiences, and restoration of internal resources.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to:
-
reflect on their personal and professional year;
-
recognize their own transformations and life lessons;
-
symbolically complete difficult emotional experiences;
-
formulate intentions and internal directions for the coming year.
Event Format
The meeting was held in the format of an online psychological support space, combining elements of psychoeducational dialogue, reflection, and meditative practices.
This format helped create an atmosphere of trust and support, where participants could share their experiences, gain new resources, and feel the strength of a women’s community.
Social Impact
The “High Flowers” project is aimed at supporting women who are experiencing life transitions, migration, loss, or periods of inner transformation.
Such meetings contribute to:
-
strengthening women’s mental health;
-
developing self-regulation skills;
-
building supportive communities.
Further Development of the Initiative
Within the project, further events are planned, including psychological meetings, art therapy practices, and educational programs for women.
The “High Flowers” project is open to cooperation with international organizations, social initiatives, and grant programs that support the development of mental health, women’s communities, and social resilience.
