On 20 June 2026, the first session of the “ProYavlena” program, titled “Me and My Visibility,” took place as part of the “High Flowers” project.

The session was facilitated by Anna Denysiuk.

The first meeting focused on the theme of visibility—how a woman perceives herself, expresses herself in the world, builds relationships with others, and allows herself to be authentic. Particular attention was given to the experiences of women affected by forced migration. Relocating to a new country, losing familiar social connections, adapting to a different environment, and searching for a sense of belonging often influence self-esteem, identity, and self-confidence. For this reason, participants explored themes of self-identity, inner resilience, and the right to be seen, heard, and accepted.

Through creative exercises, reflection, and image-based practices, the participants explored their personal strengths, inner resources, and opportunities for self-expression. An atmosphere of trust, mutual support, and open dialogue encouraged the sharing of experiences and enabled each woman to discover new perspectives on herself and her potential.

The “ProYavlena” program is part of the “High Flowers” project, which aims to support women—particularly those with the experience of forced migration—by strengthening psychological resilience, promoting emotional well-being, encouraging creative self-expression, and building a supportive community. The program consists of a series of thematic meetings dedicated to self-discovery, developing inner resources, creativity, women’s leadership, and successful adaptation to new life circumstances.

We sincerely thank Anna Denysiuk for leading the first session and all participants for their openness, trust, and willingness to embark on a journey of personal growth.

We invite everyone to follow the upcoming meetings of the “ProYavlena” program and join future events of the “High Flowers” project, which provide a space for support, connection, psychological recovery, and personal development for women building a new chapter in their lives.
