On 4 July 2026, the second session of the “ProYavlena” program, entitled “Women’s Leadership,” took place as part of the “High Flowers” project. The session was facilitated by Anna Denysiuk, a psychologist working within an integrative approach and specializing in supporting women through life transitions, crises, and adaptation to new circumstances.

The meeting focused on developing women’s leadership, strengthening inner resilience, building self-worth, and increasing confidence in one’s own abilities. Particular attention was given to women with forced migration experience, for whom relocating to another country is often accompanied by the loss of familiar social networks, changes in professional identity, the need to adapt to a new environment, and the challenge of rebuilding a sense of safety and personal agency.

During the session, participants explored their personal strengths, core values, inner resources, and the barriers that may limit self-realization. Through practical psychological exercises, guided reflection, and group discussions, they gained a deeper understanding of their leadership potential, reconnected with themselves, and developed new strategies for personal growth.

Special emphasis was placed on the idea that women’s leadership does not begin with a formal position or title. Instead, it starts with the ability to listen to oneself, make conscious decisions, establish healthy boundaries, act in accordance with personal values, and move forward with confidence despite difficult life circumstances.

The “ProYavlena” program is part of the “High Flowers” project, which aims to support women’s mental health, strengthen psychological resilience, promote emotional well-being, develop leadership skills, and foster social integration, particularly for women with forced migration experience. The program includes a series of thematic meetings dedicated to self-discovery, developing inner resources, creativity, psychoeducation, and building an active and supportive women’s community.

We sincerely thank Anna Denysiuk for leading the second session and all participants for their openness, mutual support, and commitment to personal development.

We invite everyone to follow the upcoming sessions of the “ProYavlena” program and join future activities of the “High Flowers” project, which provides a safe space for supporting women’s mental health, developing leadership, strengthening inner resources, encouraging social integration, and empowering women to build a new chapter in their lives.
