Supporting Mental Health and Resource Recovery: “The Power of Renewal: Energy for Action” Workshop Held

On May 22, 2026, as part of the activities of the HANT Foundation – Institute of Psychohygiene and Neurodiversity, the online workshop “The Power of Renewal: Energy for Action” took place. The event focused on emotional recovery, psychohygiene, and the prevention of exhaustion and burnout.

The workshop provided a safe and supportive space for participants seeking to better understand their personal resources, recognize signs of overload, and discover healthier ways to restore energy while navigating modern-day challenges.

Key Topics of the Workshop

During the session, participants explored:

  • emotional exhaustion and its hidden manifestations;
  • natural energy cycles and the functioning of the nervous system;
  • the impact of social pressure and high expectations on mental health;
  • feelings of guilt associated with rest and recovery;
  • practices for reconnecting with personal needs, inner rhythm, and psychological balance.

Special attention was given to the development of psychohygiene skills as an essential component in preventing chronic stress, emotional burnout, and disturbances in psychological well-being.

Outcomes of the Event

Participants gained:

  • practical knowledge on restoring emotional and psychological resources;
  • tools for self-observation and self-care;
  • a deeper understanding of the connection between the body, nervous system, and emotional well-being;
  • an opportunity to discuss current challenges and receive professional support.

The workshop contributed to raising awareness about the importance of mental health, promoting a culture of psychohygiene, and strengthening participants’ psychological resilience.

Contribution to the Mission of the HANT Foundation

The workshop directly supports the strategic mission of the HANT Foundation: promoting psychohygiene, supporting mental health, and creating accessible educational programs in the fields of psychological well-being and neurodiversity.

Initiatives of this kind help build a community of individuals who consciously care for their mental health, recognize signs of exhaustion, and apply evidence-based approaches to recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life.
