“Out of the Shadow” — a meeting within the “High Flowers” project

On April 25, 2026, as part of the annual cycle “Wardrobe with Paints” organized by FUNDACJA HANT – INSTYTUT PSYCHOHIGIENY I NEUROODMIENNOŚCI, an online meeting for women titled “Out of the Shadow” took place.

The meeting was led by Vitalina SorokaOka.
17 participants joined the event.

“Out of the Shadow” is a psychological online meeting dedicated to the themes of emotional exhaustion, inner support, psychohygiene, women’s support, and restoring connection with oneself.

During the meeting, participants explored:
— psychological recovery after stress;
— emotional exhaustion and self-support strategies;
— bodily and emotional responses to chronic stress;
— inner support and resource states;
— the importance of safe spaces for women;
— psychohygiene of emotional well-being.

Special attention was given to sincere dialogue, reflection, mutual support, and the search for inner resources during periods of life changes, anxiety, and overload.

Participants highlighted the atmosphere of safety, acceptance, trust, and mutual support. The meeting became a space for deeper awareness of personal experiences and compassionate reconnection with oneself.

The annual cycle “Wardrobe with Paints” is a series of art-therapeutic and psychohygienic meetings for women aimed at emotional recovery, strengthening inner support, self-reflection, body awareness, and mental health support.
